Participants are responsible for independently evaluating information presented before acting on it.
Participants assume the ordinary risks associated with their independent business decisions and voluntary use of general educational information.

PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO INDEMNIFY SCALEHOUSE FOR SCALEHOUSE'S OWN NEGLIGENCE, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, UNLAWFUL ACTS, OR LIABILITY THAT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS SHIFTING TO A PARTICIPANT.
This indemnification obligation survives termination of participation to the extent it concerns conduct occurring during or in connection with the Event.

Only an authorized representative of ScaleHouse may approve contractual modifications.
Participants should not assume that informal statements create additional contractual rights, guaranteed deliverables, financial promises, or obligations beyond those expressly agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the parties agree that legal proceedings arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Event shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County, Florida.
Where federal jurisdiction applies, proceedings shall be brought in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Fort Lauderdale Division, if that court has jurisdiction.
The parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts to the extent such consent is legally effective.
This provision does not override mandatory consumer venue protections or other jurisdictional requirements.
35. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal litigation, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through written notice and informal discussions for thirty (30) days.
A Participant may submit written notice to:
support@scalehouseacademy.com
The notice should reasonably describe the dispute and requested resolution.
This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent legal relief when appropriate, filing protected regulatory complaints, or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
36. Injunctive and Equitable Relief
ScaleHouse may seek temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief where available under applicable law to prevent or address actual or threatened intellectual property infringement, misuse of confidential information, unlawful solicitation, security interference, or other conduct for which equitable relief is legally justified.
